Hello My Beautiful Emotional Family!
In November of 2017, I had a major mind shift, to set forth the intention to find my purpose. I knew that there had to be something more to life than achieving life long goals and looking forward to taking a yearly summer vacation. It’s been a pretty interesting ride. At the time I wasn’t 100% sure what to do but my intentions that year were set 1. to add value to this world, 2. have something really interesting to say and 3. reach a lot of people in the process. What I learned was that it was the perfect moment for me to pursue more about who I am, where I came from and what the hell am I doing here.
So what’s next? I’m very fascinated with human emotions and the way thoughts entering our mind. I want to share with you in these blog posts the different tools, techniques or principles that have been tested, not only by me but others who’ve tried them when it comes to understanding thoughts and emotions. When I finally figured out the power that’s behind my own emotions, it’s like a light switched on and I took the reigns in the right direction, rather than letting my thoughts and emotions take control over me. I want to get you to think differently. I plan to show you that things don’t have to be done the way everyone else does them. You can create the world that you want by changing your limiting beliefs with the thoughts that are holding you back. Some of what’s to come may sound crazy and even too difficult to implement at times. It’s a lifestyle change, but if you can stay focused, I promise that you will find better ways to view the world a little brighter. Some of this info you may have even heard elsewhere, so be patient, I want to be sure I share my knowledge with those who are just getting started in making sure that everyone is on the same page. Believe it or not, most people go through life and are not aware of their thoughts on a moment to moment basis. Most may incorrectly release a negative emotion because it feels so uncomfortable so they push it away or try to run from them.
What I know for certain is that what you put out into the world ALWAYS comes back to you like a boomerang. You have loving thoughts about yourself and others, you will receive that love back plus more. If you think sloppy, garbage, drama filled thoughts, you will have a sloppy, garbage, drama filled life. Remember that boomerang always comes back to you so let’s use it correctly. The way to having a meaningful life experience is feeling every emotion, even the bad ones and release them as they come up in real time. Doing this daily in combination with having a healthy mental diet, affirmations that are tailored to you and are done correctly. All of this will get you back on track. I plan to show you this new clear and concise lifestyle in the days to come.
